Youth Affairs Council Victoria, otherwise known as YACVic, has been roundly condemned by many for their clip suggesting a sexual relationship between an adolescent and a 46-year-old lesbian.
The Tiktok video-makers have a very strong focus on vaccinations and LGBTQIA+ narratives, and the clip appears to encapsulate both of these worldviews.

The Daily Examiner showed this clip to various members of the public. Most were very uncomfortable with the visuals, giving descriptions such as “gross”, “disgusting”, “pedo”, etc.

While now refuted by the Youth Council, the so-called “Digital Certificate” here shows that the older woman is 46 years old. Conservative commentator Elliot Ikilei has questioned whether the generic Victoria pass is simply an oversight or the latest adjustment to have society accept older LGBTQIA+ members engaging in sexual relationships with younger adolescents.
As with issues in New Zealand, parents have been removed from having parental rights over their adolescent children when it comes to the Covid vaccine.
Again, there have been multiple comments around the physical look of both females, with many advising that the female who called for the “vax date” appears to look significantly older, reinforcing the possibility that the pass was accurate in showing a 46 year old.
Finished with the vax, the apparently 46 year old woman and her adolescent teen lover skip down a carpet overlaid with the LGBTQIA+ colours. The parents are not part of the discussion.
Under withering criticisms, YACVic were forced to defend themselves, claiming the certificate was “a generic vaccine certificate used similarly to videos featuring credit cards, passports or other personal, identifiable information and does not reflect the age of the young people in the video”.
