This is a quick update on today’s Farming Tax announcement from the Government, with plenty more to come.

The government have finally released, in draft form, 94 pages of how to destroy NZ food production, bringing sheep, beef, and deer farmers in particular to their knees and severely hampering dairy production.

What is happening to our country?

How have we come to this place when the world is in danger of running out of food?

Let’s put this in perspective, New Zealand produces 0.17% (that’s less than a quarter of 1%) of world emissions and now, all of a sudden, our cattle, sheep, and deer are the cause of climate change!

Food producers, now is not the time to feel defeated – it’s time for action!

Fuel up the tractors people. Get the utes out. Truckers, your business is at stake. If you’re in rural support, your job is also on the line.

Let’s join with our urban cousins and let our Government know we are not happy with the decisions they are making for our lives.
