Craig Lord has released his campaign video in his bid to become Auckland mayor this election.

As per his website, he has also made the following promises:

• Create official guidelines and definitions of Council Core Services.
• Lobby to build a Waste to Energy Plant
• Reinstate $124 Million to Rodney for roads
• Hard lobby for passenger rail to Huapai
• Push for College build in Kumeu district
• Fight for protection of Pukekohe Elite Soils
• Increase frontline staff, decrease middle and upper management.
• Overhaul preferred contractors system
• Removal of road restrictions
