As Quiet As A Mouse – To Auckland And Back

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s visit to Auckland has been very carefully orchestrated indeed.

She quietly visited JMP Engineering in Avondale this morning, before having a private meeting in a car with two other ministers.

The extraordinary lack of publicity appears to be a reaction by Ms Ardern being confronted by protesting New Zealanders.

Last week, Ms Ardern found herself unable to respond to questions from pharmacist Shane Chafin. He asked three questions relating to vaccine efficacy decrease, a victim of COVID-19 and fatality rates of those infected. Ms Ardern promptly shut down the public press meeting, retreating into a more controlled environment, using the term “accredited media” to shut down public interaction.

Yesterday, thousands of New Zealanders marched on Parliament, where she attempted to laugh off the thunderous rally, suggesting that they were not the ‘vaccinated’. This is a continuation of the use of divisive language that has been somewhat successful in splitting New Zealanders up by vaccination status. This despite photographic and video corroboration that the thousands at Parliament grounds were united under a banner of freedom and opposition to government mandates and new laws. However, many mainstream media outlets ran with titles around ‘anti-vax’, ‘noisy’, ‘hundreds’, with some even alleging that the rally was part of ‘misogyny’, ‘racism’, ‘islamaphobia’, ‘white supremacy’ and more.

It is expected that Ms Ardern will quietly visit prepared sites like the Auckland Council administration building in the Auckland CBD, perhaps even some carefully selected spots in her electorate with boyfriend Clarke Gayford, before carefully and quietly leaving Auckland again.

One thing is for sure though: she’s only found it convenient to stop in at safe electorates, like New Lynn, Upper Harbour, and the Auckland CBD, while continuing to avoid any interaction with those who are not enraptured by her narrative.
